Carole L. Kelly, Founder and CEO
Ms. Kelly founded Health Check in 1995, and for the past 18 years has been one of the preeminent managed care auditing and Silent PPO experts in the country. Carole is frequently called on by Health Check’s clients to serve as an expert witness during arbitration or legal cases. John Zivnuska, President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Thiel joined Health Check in early 1998, and has been a licensed nurse and operating room Chuck Edwards, Senior Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Edwards joined Health Check in 2002 after serving honorably in the United States Air Force. He brings more than 12 years of information technology experience, specializing in
information security and management. He is charged with ensuring technology alignment with Health Check's organizational and strategic plans, as well as providing a stable, secure, and function-rich network infrastructure.
Chuck has been awarded certification by several industry standard organizations, including the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium and HIPAA Academy, and is a Fellow with the Healthcare Information Management & Systems Society. His certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Engineer, and HIPAA Certified Security Specialist. As Health Check's Privacy Officer, he oversees the secure delivery and management of all corporate information and client patient data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other federal regulations. David Mazur, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Mazur has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance. Prior to joining Health Check, David served in a variety of hospital administration positions, including COO of a long-term acute care hospital. David also has extensive contracting experience, and leads Health Check’s managed care contract analysis department among other duties. David is a licensed Respiratory Therapist and has received his MBA.
Charles Fullet, Director of Client Services
Mr. Fullet joined Health Check in 2006 as the Director of Client Services. In this role, Chuck is responsible for promoting Health Check’s auditing and recovery services.
Before his career with Health Check, Chuck was a practicing clinical perfusionist for 14 years. It was during this clinical experience that Chuck identified hospitals’ need to manage the growing volume of open-heart surgery programs. In response, Chuck and several colleagues formed a cardiac surgery services firm in which Chuck served as Managing Partner. This firm provided a bundled package of clinical staff, disposable supplies, and capital equipment used during heart surgery on an as needed basis. Chuck is passionate about helping healthcare providers capture every dollar they have earned.
